Our first client was looking for a system that would adapt to the specific recruitment processes in their company.
After several meetings, dozens of discussions with recruiters, and extensive documentation – we've created a first version of our tool. After some time, other companies heard about the project, so we prepared further implementations. AppManager was created in cooperation with a recruitment agencies. We also considered client feedback and suggestions to develop a tool that would cater to their requirements.
Taking our first steps on the ATS systems market, we’ve realized that adaptability of the system's functioning to the unique processes of each recruitment team is crucial. Therefore, when we decided to develop AppManager, it was obvious for us that we should focus on a customization options.

Today, AppManager is a solution that can be used by a recruitment agency, a corporation, and the HR department of a small company. One thing remains unchanged: our aim is to establish a close relationship with our clients and create a system that can adjust to their specific needs.
