The AppManager trial version is a full version of the system that you will later use on a daily basis. You have 30 days to test the system. We can help you conduct a real recruitment process during the tests. If you are interested in this option, please contact us.

Yes, you can retrieve recruitment ads from AppManager on your website, as well as other recruitment-related data.

No, AppManager is hosted on servers within the European Union.

We operate in accordance with the latest GDPR regulations. We support the acquisition and processing of candidate information in projects in which they participate based on collected consents to participate in recruitment processes. We support the anonymization process of personal data through automation actions - you do not have to remember to delete data, the system will do it for you. We operate in accordance with ISO27001 - we have a set of good practices supporting the processing and protection of internal information resources. We conduct penetration testing regularly and introduce corrections. To ensure full protection of your data, we have disaster recovery strategies (technical backups in 3 data centers, in different locations in Europe). We have protection against unauthorized access (dependent on roles and permissions, compliant with password policy, based on data encryption, 2FA authorization, secure communication).

Yes, with AppManager you can effectively manage GDPR consents. The system collects candidate consents, removes applications without consent, and can send reminders to candidates about expiring consents.
